Nationwide Delivery Zones

We proudly deliver our premium grills and accessories across Bangladesh. Deliveries within Dhaka typically require 2-3 business days. For addresses outside Dhaka, please allow 4-7 business days depending on our trusted courier partners.

Order Tracking Process

Once your outdoor cooking equipment is dispatched from our Uttara warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your waybill number and detailed tracking instructions. All updates are handled directly via email.

Warranty & Returns

Quality and durability are our top priorities. All major grill units come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you discover a defect upon delivery, please document the issue with photographs and contact us via email within 48 hours for a swift resolution.

Product Assembly

Many of our tools and smaller accessories arrive ready to use. For heavy-duty barbecue grills, we provide comprehensive instructional guides. Due to logistics, physical assembly services are not currently provided, but our email support desk is happy to answer any setup questions.
